Everything went very smoothly on my Jeep Sport rack installation. The help from the Rack Warehouse team was incredible.

I ordered this on 12/1. On 12/13 I inquired about my order as I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. Finally, on 12/17 I got a tracking number and the order arrived on 12/20. That's basically 3 weeks without it being backordered. I get the impression that my order wasn't actually processed until I inquired about it on the 13th. I'm not terribly hard to satisfy but this one stands out.

Rack Warehouse got my order out the door and on the way to me quickly and accurately. Everything was well packaged and fit perfectly, without issues.
